The short-horned organic milk we use is always fresh because it comes from a herd of cows who graze on the National Trust common land next to our factory. The rare short-horned bread is native to Britain and they produce the highest quality milk yield around.

We source almost all of our ingredients locally: Jersey double cream from Chipping Norton, Milk from Woefuldane, Honey from Bisley and fruit from Hereford.
All of our products are suitable for vegetarians and GM free almost all are gluten-free.
